Olayinka is an astute accountant and consultant. An accounting graduate, trained with Deloitte for a minimum of 20 years and had hands on experience with Audit, audit related and tax advisory services. His experience cuts across industries and sectors of the economy. Yinka has demonstrated his experience an varies client engagement delivering excellent and highest values.
Yinka has been a consultant to Nigerian Insurance Commission (NAICOM) ensuring compliance to guidelines and regulations. He is also a member of Institute of Internal Auditors of Nigeria (IIA) and CITN.
Joy Falola (Mrs)
BSc, FCA, CIA
Joy holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Zoology. She is also a Chartered Accountant, a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. She held her post qualification experience and training with Akintola Williams Deloitte and worked for 8 years with considerable experience in all aspects of assurance and advisory, forensic audit, internal audit, due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, public and private sector accounting and partnership, Club and Association accounting.
She is responsible for overseeing and steering the Internal Audit services provided for the majority of our finance service clients (banks, insurance companies, pension funds, discount houses etc)
She is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors of Nigeria (IIA). Joy has been a committee member of various ICAN Committees and is involved in various company reviews and quality assurance.
Ruth Oluwemimo
ADIO, FCA, AMNIM, MBA, PGD
Mrs. Adio has over twenty years of experience in Auditing, Taxation, Financial Accounting and Management Practices inclusive of Consultancy and Financial Services to NGOs and 10 years’ experience as a professional Banker in the Banking industry. She has developed skills and expertise in Marketing and Audit Investigation.
